Diana-Silva, a 23-year-old 5’4” female, has made an epic weight loss transformation. Over the course of two years, she lost 60lbs and went from 210lbs to a healthier weight range of 150lbs.

A More Tolerable Weight Loss Journey

Diana-Silva acknowledges the importance of calorie counting in weight loss, but isn’t a fan and admits to getting burnt out easily. That's why she tried taking intermittent breaks from calorie counting and switching to intuitive eating for 4 weeks. Though it helped her lose weight at a slower pace, it made her journey a lot more tolerable, avoiding burnt out or binging episodes.

No Shortcut, Just Dedication

Diana-Silva’s dedication is impressive, and her appearance matches it. It’s obvious that she’s taken her weight loss journey seriously and has put in the necessary work. Despite some of the positive comments she received from her post, Diana-Silva acknowledged she still wishes to lose another 15lbs to reach the normal BMI range.
