M/29/6'1 [320>255 = 65lbs] 7months of active fitness, all my life i was a big(fat) guy and never had guts or mental state to lose weight, one day my friend told me to workout with him and i did, still more to go but i feel great and i wanted to show it to you, it became my dream to post here.
