M/26/6’2 [276>199 = 77lbs] (4 year journey) turned fitness into a lifestyle and consistently lost weight over the years. It definitely takes time, but the reward is so worth it! Eating healthier, moving more and feeling the best I’ve felt since high school. Can’t recommend it enough!
