F/26/5’2 [210>120 = 90lbs] (roughly 3 years) losing my last 5 lbs signals an end to my losing journey. However I am so proud of all I have gained while losing, that being a whole lot of self-love, confidence and power over my mental health. Excited to shift gears to maintain instead.
