Despite losing 15lbs in 3 months, thetruerythm experienced minimal muscle loss. Only their bench and deadlift max weights decreased.

Shrinking Waist

Workout Plan

To achieve their taper, thetruerythm followed a workout plan that included lat pull downs, pull ups, V bar pull downs, and bent over rows coupled with face pulls and rear delt flyes.

Diet Plan

To sustain their weight loss, thetruerythm followed a diet plan that ensured they consume 500-700 calories lesser than their daily maintenance. Their macronutrient split consisted of 1.1g of protein per pound of their bodyweight, minimum carbs, and just enough fats.
