F/40/5’8” [210lbs > 138lbs] Started my weight loss journey in March 19’ after recovering from illness and Surgery. CICO (1200) and walking 10k steps everyday.. I had a hysterectomy a yr ago, more surgery in July. I’ve successfully maintained my weight loss 18 months today.
