Background: Early 20s to Sub 10% Body Fat

According to the reddit post of wiktrillium, he used to weigh around 175lbs at sub 10% body fat during his early 20s. However, he neglected his health due to being in a relationship for the past three years. This prompted him to start his weight journey, which took five months to accomplish.

Routine: PPLPPLX and Oly Lifting When Not Sore

Wiktrillium primarily employed PPLPPLX routine, which stands for push, pull, legs, push, pull, legs, and rest for two days. He did this routine along with some Olympic lifting when he felt like it and wasn't sore. Additionally, he added low-impact cardio/ HIIT of thirty minutes daily for seven days and rock climbing thrice a week.

Diet: Mostly Clean with a Cheat Meal

His diet consisted of mostly clean food with a cheat meal or two per week. He had a caloric surplus of about 750 kcals. However, he switched to a typical bro split during his cut at 165 lbs, where he had a deficit of 750 kcals. He carb-cycled around workouts, while the rest of his days were low-carb, low to medium fat, and high in protein.

Starting Lifts: Close to 1.5/2/3-plate Bench Squat Deadlift

After two to three weeks of adjustment, he reached close to a 1.5/2/3-plate bench squat deadlift. He credited this progress to muscle memory, having four years of experience lifting previously.

Conclusion: Try it Out for Yourself

Weight loss journeys are challenging and differ for everyone. Wiktrillium's journey teaches us that routines, diet, and lifts are integral factors in any weight loss journey. Individuals must try different things until they find what fits them best. This can also serve as inspiration that small changes, when done consistently, can lead to big results.
