In just six months, she successfully lost 16 pounds and is now halfway towards reaching her goal weight. Diet

Sharoooooo attributes her weight loss success to closely monitoring her calorie intake. She ate 1200 calories per day and tracked every ingredient she cooked in her meals on the MyFitnessPal app. Additionally, she aimed for 100-110 grams of protein per day since it helped her feel full for longer and aided with her workouts. She would eat out twice a week, but she made sure not to overeat during those times.

Exercise

In terms of exercise, Sharoooooo incorporated cardio and strength training into her routine. She would do 40 minutes of outdoor cardio playing sports three times a week. Additionally, she had 1.5 hour gym sessions 3-4 times a week, rotating her lifting routine with bench and squat, and then deadlift and overhead press. She followed the 5/3/1 lifting program, which helped her progressively get stronger over the weeks. She would then move on to targeting two body parts with accessories for the remainder of the time. For example, bicep and back accessories would be bicep curls, hammer curls, 21s, bicep rope pulls, face pulls, seated low rows, lat pulldowns, and dumbbell rows.

Body Composition Changes
