F/27/5'6 [200 > 150] (12 Months) I Fit into My High School Jeans Now I'm 27, 5'6, and I Finally Fit into My High School Jeans Again I Lost 50 Pounds in a Year and I'm Feeling Great

This is an inspiring progress pic from a female who has lost 50 pounds in 12 months, going from 200 to 150 pounds. She is 5'6 tall. This is an amazing accomplishment, especially considering that she has overcome a bad break up, job loss, employer abuse, addiction, and being too poor to eat in that time. This just goes to show that self worth is way more complex than how much you weigh.

A progress pic of a 5'6" woman showing a fat loss from 200 pounds to 150 pounds. A respectable loss of 50 pounds.
F/27/5'6 [200 > 150] (12 months) I fit into my high school jeans now that I kept around for inspiration. It wasn't the jeans. It was a bad break up, job loss, employer abuse, addiction, and being too poor to eat. Self worth is way more complex than how much you weigh.
