M/24/5'8" (176 Cms) [102 > 96 = 6 Kgs (224>211 = 13 Lbs)] 2.5 Months, intense gym workout and clean eating. I know it's not a lot of progress, and I have a long way to go. But, I'm proud of myself that I was able to achieve this.
