M/18/5'11" [145 >167lbs = 22lbs] (3 months) Between the two pics, I definitely lost some definition as I gained weight but I consider it to be worth it for the muscle and strength gains. Very happy with the progress I've made thus far and excited to see how far I can go! I even look decent in tees!

Introduction

ComradeXan is a male, 18 years old, 5'11'' tall, and weighed 145lbs. He posted his progress pics on Reddit and revealed that he gained 22lbs in just three months with muscle and strength gains as his primary goal. He noted the differences between the two pics, saying he lost some definition but considered it worth it.

Protein Intake

One user asked ComradeXan about his protein intake. He replied that he aims for 160g per day but often doesn't track it. He gets 100g a day from his daily shakes and counts on his meals to make up the rest. But on some days, he eats a bunch of meat and drinks hella milk and ends up consuming 200+g of protein.

Diet

Another user inquired about his diet, but he did not reply. However, he likely had to consume a calorie surplus to gain weight. To put on muscle, an individual needs to eat more calories than they burn. He probably focused on eating plenty of protein-rich foods such as eggs, chicken, fish, lean meat, nuts, and protein shakes.

Consistency and Patience

ComradeXan's journey shows that with consistency and patience, you can achieve significant weight gain, muscle growth, and strength gains in a short time. He did not give up when he saw a loss in definition but kept pushing forward to his goals. He shows that with the right mindset, you can go a long way.

In Conclusion

ComradeXan's weight gain journey proves that by following a balanced diet, incorporating resistance training, and staying consistent, anyone can transform their body. If you plan to make similar changes to your body, start by setting realistic goals, develop good habits, and track your progress. The journey won't always be easy, but the rewards are worth it!
