F/24/5’5”[106lb > 111lb = +5] (12 months) Progress is progress I guess, but this is my 1 year anniversary of weight training so I wanted to hold myself accountable. Most noticeable differences to me are my posture and butt (34”—> 35”). My biggest issue has been eating enough calories.
