M/31/5'11'' [280lbs > 161lbs = 119lbs] (9 months) Intense 2021. Took some physical work shifts, cut the carbs, then went full Keto and thoughful suplementation. Doing full extensive blood work every couple weeks, DEXa scans. Almost no gym, but doing 14k+ steps a day (work/walking while on phone).

This man has made some serious progress in his weight loss journey, dropping 119lbs in just 9 months. He attributes his success to cutting carbs and going full keto, as well as being more active in general, walking 14,000+ steps each day.
