Starting the Journey

Adair1616 started his weight loss journey on January 15th, 2021. Almost a year later, he posted a picture of himself, revealing that he lost 75lbs. He also shared in the post that he was excited to take steps to become a personal trainer.

The Diet

Adair1616 stated that he didn't do anything drastic to lose weight. He stayed under 2000 calories a day and tried to consume 250g of protein per day. He also cut out fast food, soda, processed foods, and gave himself only one cheat meal a week.

The Workout

The Reddit user went to the gym six days a week, doing cardio every day for no less than 20-30 minutes. He lifted weights five days a week, assigning Monday and Thursday as chest and triceps days, Tuesday and Friday as back and biceps days, and Wednesday and Saturday as legs and shoulders days. He rests on Sunday.

The Community Support

Through Reddit, Adair1616 received support and encouragement from the community, which further fueled his journey. There were also comments asking him for his secrets and tips, to which he honestly answered.

The Future Goal

Adair1616 found his passion for fitness and health along the way, and he's thrilled that he's taking steps to become a personal trainer. However, he's aware that the personal training field is saturated and that finding a niche remains a challenge. Nonetheless, he's grateful for his journey, the changes he made for himself, and the people who supported him.
