F/21/5’7” [172lbs > 149lbs = 23 pounds]. January 2021 till now. Progress has slowed down recently but I just needed to remind myself that I’m on the right track. Due to unhealthy eating habits, I yoyoed twice in the past three years and decided to take it healthy and slow this time.
