F/21/5’1 [176 > 143 = 33 lbs] Something finally clicked after trying to lose weight so many times and I have stuck to it! Started to do some weight lifting such… Progress is slow and dysmorphia is mean but I am getting closer to a “healthy BMI” and my goal weight ( 110 lbs)
