M/24/5'10 [298>156=142] (18 months) I've been obese my entire life, was over 200 by the time I was 13, this is the first time I can remember where my whole body doesn't ache and I can breathe without impediment, and I feel like I'm finally alive. Also had LASIK on my eyes.

Recording Everything in Excel

LASIK On His Eyes

Conclusion

Medicofthemasses' weight loss journey shows that determination, discipline, and a strong mindset can lead to a healthier lifestyle. Though his approach may not suit everyone, it's proof that small changes can result in significant impacts. Try things out for yourself to see what works for you.
