F/18/5'8" [123 > 136 = -13 lbs] (1.5 months) Me a week after release from the hospital vs. me right after my workout today. Not the most impressive but a month ago I couldn't walk from my room to the hospital desk, today I did 4.75 miles on the treadmill and 30 flights on the stairmaster :)
