First Steps to Weight Loss: Eating Better and Walking

YoDudeWhatsGood kicked off his weight loss journey by making simple modifications to his lifestyle. He started by eating healthy food and going for walks. Eating whole, unprocessed food and making sure to drink lots of water became his dietary staple. Limiting alcohol and sugar intake enabled him to take control of his eating habits.

Progressing to Weight Lifting: Full Body Split Routine

After seeing some initial weight loss with these simple changes, YoDudeWhatsGood wanted to take things a step further. He began strength training- lifting weights, and working with a full body split every other day. This increased his metabolism and helped him put on muscle mass. Lifting weights helped him burn more calories even when he was not working out.

The Power of Consistency

YoDudeWhatsGood emphasizes the importance of staying consistent in your efforts. He believes that consistency is the key to sustainable weight loss. He stuck to his plan and kept with it even on days when he didn't feel like exercising. Eventually, it became a habit and his progress kept him going.
