M/29/6ā€™2 [243lbs > 215lbs = -28lbs] bulked up a little to much under lockdown. Was strong AF, but got to much fat. Think I had like 30+ % bodyfat. This summer I had like 18% give or take. Iā€™m going to but back on about 5-10Lbs now, but more lean gaining. Trying to be at 10% next summer.
