F/30/5’9” [348 lbs > 302 lbs = 46 lbs] (14 months). I was 337 in the before photo. I hit my pandemic peak of 348 in June 2020. It’s been slow overall, but I’ve lost 20lbs June - August 2021. Finally getting it done. :) And I’m so close to my 50 lb milestone!
