M/20/6’3 [163 - 220] (2.5 years) did it all with adjustable dumbbells and a pullup bar the years were pretty on and off broke my elbow then my wrist.. then got depressed and stopped for months just got back into it a month ago been boxing and doing cardio consistently which helps alot
