M/20/6'2" [240lbs - 210lbs = 30lbs] (3ish months) I gained 50 pounds during covid lockdown. Currently working on getting back to 190, the weight I was before. Currently 19.5% bodyfat, 160lbs. muscle mass. Lots of protein and lifting, hoping to get to 12-15% bodyfat within the next 3 months.
