F/20/5’8” [189> 150 = Approx 40 lbs] (16-17 months) First picture was me at my absolute worst. Depression was ruling my life. You can see the pain on my face just tying to smile. With the help of some therapy and diet change.. I am ruling my depression. Keep pushing. It gets better.

In the before photo, they look to be in pain, likely due to the depression that was ruling their life at the time.
