Slow281 managed to lean out most of his body parts without sacrificing his calorie intake.

Changing Macros

Slow281 changed his macros the second year to fit his busy schedule where he wouldn't have to spend more time preparing his meals. His calorie intake remained around 1750, which he balanced from regular 200g of protein intake, varying his fat and carbs intake. His diet slacked off lastly, but he gained more weight and wanted to be leaner. Slow281 attributed his leaning out progress to working out like additional cardio.

Weight Maintenance

Slow281 could maintain the same weight on his second year of his weight loss journey while leaning out. His goal for the upcoming year is to quick cut down his weight further, so he can have more definition throughout his body. He used this post as motivation to post another picture of his transformation in a few months.

Future Goals

Slow281's future goals are to be leaner and to quick cut to gain more definition throughout his body. He is currently looking to diet down and bring his calories down to 1510 per day to see if he can bring out some more definition. He was blessed with easily formed shoulders and apparently arms, as well as advantageously sculpted legs. His midsection has always lacked though, but he's hitting his core harder at the gym, and the results are finally starting to show up.
