M/30/5'11" [306 > 265 = -41] (9 Months) Lean Body Mass [182 < 194 = +12] Sick of being a drunkard (got diagnosed with Alcoholic Fatty Liver last year) and decided to put that energy elsewhere. Had some assistance with TRT and a dietitian. Goal weight is 235-240/15-18% BF. Next DEXA in October
