Routine and Diet

For his routine, he started with the Arnold split and recently switched to a (chest/shoulders), (legs/abs), and (back/arms) split. As for food, he consumed a lot of protein throughout the day, mostly including egg whites, turkey bacon, protein shakes, tuna, tilapia, chicken breast, and vegetables.
