Male Reddit user, known as HU15, has documented his weight loss journey through the BTFC8 challenge on a public Reddit thread. At the start of the year, he weighed 180lbs and by the time he entered the competition, he was 165lbs. With hard work and dedication through clean eating and going to the gym, he was able to lose a total of 28 pounds.

The BTFC8 challenge enabled HU15 to stay focused and motivated, even during times when he lacked the drive to continue hitting the gym and maintaining a healthy diet. Ultimately, the competition proved to be a great success for him, and he was able to fairly represent his accomplishments through his comparison photos that he had uploaded on Imgur.

However, some of his submission photos to the BTFC8 challenge were initially rejected by moderators, as they did not follow the proper guidelines. HU15 did not let this discourage him from sharing his information and experiences to the rest of the internet people, and he vowed to resubmit his photos the following week. This alone shows that weight-loss journey can at times be a bit of a bumpy road.

Overall, HU15's transformation serves as a great inspiration to users who may have initially thought that their fitness goals were not attainable. With dedication and effort, users just like HU15 are able to take the proper steps towards a healthier lifestyle and feel better about themselves in the long run.

In the end, the BTFC8 challenge was not just a competition, but a platform that provides users with the support and motivation they need to succeed in their fitness goals. To those looking to start their own weight loss journeys, be sure to do so accurately and safely, but don't be afraid to challenge yourself to achieve your desired results.
