Beginning the Journey

Reddit user absearch began his weight loss journey at 6'3" and 200 lbs, and posted in the BTFC (Body Transformation Fitness Challenge) subreddit. He set a goal for himself and regularly updated the community.

Initial Hurdles

After nearly giving up and losing motivation early on, absearch turned to the BTFC subreddit for help and support. He found tips on diet and exercise and stayed on track with the community's encouragement.

Progress and Plateaus

Over time, absearch lost weight and got in better shape, but hit periods of stagnation where progress was harder to come by. He shared his struggles with the community, and turned the advice and support he received into motivation to keep going.

The Finish Line

After several months of hard work, absearch completed the BTFC, posting comparison photos of his progress. The community cheered him on, and he felt proud of what he accomplished.

Find Your Support System

Through his Reddit posts, absearch found the support and accountability he needed to stay motivated and reach his weight loss goals. If you're on a similar journey, consider joining a fitness challenge or finding a supportive online community to help you along the way. And remember, progress isn't always linear - stay patient and persistent, and you'll see results over time.
