Starting Point

WorldProtagonist is a 29-year-old male who started his weight loss journey at 239lbs. Standing at 6'1", he knew he had a long road ahead of him, but was determined to make a change.

The Plan

WorldProtagonist started by calculating his TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and found that he needed to eat around 2000 calories a day for steady weight loss. He also began a strength training program and incorporated more cardio into his routine.

The Results

After a few weeks of consistent effort, WorldProtagonist noticed a difference in the way his clothes fit and his energy levels throughout the day. He was down to 222lbs after two months, a loss of 17lbs total.

Sticking to It

WorldProtagonist attributes his success so far to tracking his nutrition and exercise, but also finding activities he enjoys doing like hiking and biking to stay active. He encourages others to find what works for them and to stay committed to their goals.
