Introduction

This weight journey follows a Redditor, AXISv who took 10 months to increase his weight from 205 lbs to 230 lbs. He used a combination of blast and cruising cycles along with Olympic lifting and bodybuilding routines.

Cycle and Routine

AXISv has had the same routine for about two years. He used to do Olympic lifting but had to stop due to injuries. Instead, he divided his workout regime into chest and triceps; back and biceps; legs and shoulders; deadlifts and biceps; and a rest day. For his cycle, he mainly used Testosterone Enanthate as it was cheaper. He used Superdrol slightly and used Tren and Masteron one cycle.

Diet

AXISv did not keep track of his macros but made sure he got in at least 3000 calories a day. He revealed that he had one day of 2000 calories when he started to get fat. Although his diet was relatively easy, he made sure to keep to clean foods every day.

Side Effects

While AXISv was on steroids, he experienced high blood pressure, thinning hair, and a shorter temper. He has since stopped taking Tren due to unwanted side effects.

Takeaway

While AXISv's weight journey may not be for everyone, it shows the impressive physique that can be achieved with commitment and effort. To achieve similar results, it would be best to check with a trainer to ensure the same level of commitment and effort is put into training, diet, and supplementation.
