Starting Point

Julayvuu started her weight loss journey at 147 pounds, with a height of 4'11". She was determined to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable manner, rather than trying quick-fix solutions.

Healthy Eating

Julayvuu attributes a large part of her weight loss success to her focus on healthy eating. She eliminated processed and sugary foods from her diet and instead consumed whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats. She also made sure to keep track of her daily calorie intake to ensure she was in a calorie deficit.

Exercise Routine

In addition to healthy eating, Julayvuu incorporated exercise into her routine. In the beginning, she started with simple exercises such as walking and jogging. As she grew stronger, she added strength training and HIIT workouts. She also made it a priority to stay active throughout the day by taking breaks from sitting and going for short walks.
