Introduction

Meet Michael, a 36-year-old male who stands at 6'5'' and weighed 280lbs when he started his weight loss journey. Despite reaching a plateau earlier this year, Michael was motivated to be more serious about his weight loss when he found the Body Transformation Fitness Challenge (BTFC) post on Reddit. Knowing that he needs some added motivation, Michael decided to participate in the challenge to achieve his long-term goal of being able to swim in public.

Commitment to Success

Michael is extremely dedicated to achieving sub 20% body fat. Although he has already lost 60lbs, he knows that he still has a long way to go to reach his goal. His commitment to his success is not only demonstrated in his participation in BTFC7 but also in his decision to have surgery if he is unable to lose his man boobs.

Challenges Overcome

Michael has had to face several challenges on his journey. Hitting a plateau earlier this year has been one of them. However, he was able to overcome it through increased dedication and commitment to his diet and fitness regimen.
