The Beginning of the Journey

Missdeejers, a 25-year-old woman weighing at 122 pounds started her weight loss journey with a goal of reaching 130 pounds. As time went by, she kept readjusting her target weight. It was easier for her mentally and physically to lose weight than to gain it. Her parents had instilled in her unhealthy eating habits and she had a medical condition that created barriers to eating a lot. Nevertheless, Missdeejers was determined to overcome these hurdles and achieve her weight loss goals.
