Introduction

Starting Point

Ziso started their journey at 174lbs and 6'0" on January 31st, 2021. They knew they had to make a change to their lifestyle and habits if they wanted to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Ziso started tracking their calorie intake using the MyFitnessPal app and took conscious steps to reduce their consumption of processed foods and sugary drinks. They also started incorporating more fruits, vegetables, and lean protein sources into their diet.
