A 19-year-old woman with a starting weight of 345 lbs shared her weight loss journey on Reddit, inspiring many with her incredible transformation. In just three months, the woman was able to shed 48 lbs by following a strict keto diet and exercising regularly. Her diet involved consuming fewer than 20 net carbs per day and an average calorie intake of 1,100 calories daily.

The woman usually had a protein shake for breakfast, consisting of Pure Protein powder, heavy whipping cream, almond milk, coconut spread, and sometimes peanut butter with less than 20 net carbs. For lunch, she mostly had a slice of Brie, some almonds, a small salad, and a hamburger patty or low-carb meatloaf. For dinner, the woman made the low-carb version of various meals like meatloaf or pizza.

The woman also worked out at the gym four out of seven days before school resumed. She's now down to fewer than 30 net carbs and has stopped going to the gym since starting graduate work, but aims to work regular exercise back into her routine. She's reportedly lost weight and is currently working towards her goal weight of 275 lbs by Thanksgiving, which is what she weighed in high school.

The woman attributes her success to the Reddit community and the support she received when she joined the community. She mentioned that the encouragement and advice of others pushed her to take better care of herself than ever before. And while her transformation had been inspiring, she admitted that it had not been easy.
