The Fitness Routine

RacingDriv3r's routine consisted of daily workouts that included chest, back, ABS, and cardio exercises. He performed perfect push-ups, pull-ups, deadlifts, sit-ups, and leg raises for his strength training. For cardio, he did HIIT running and cardio for a minimum of one hour a day. Additionally, he made sure to drink plenty of water after workouts and take cold showers.

The Diet

Although RacingDriv3r didn't change his diet, he made sure to eat healthy by consuming fruits, vegetables, and nuts. He also avoided smoking and alcohol.
