M/22/6'7" [359lbs > 261lbs = 98lbs] (5 months) Tried to lose weight I got due to injuries from June to January, never dropped a pound. Reviewed my diet and workout plan (a.k.a New Year Resolution) I guess it worked and amped up my weight loss and lost all in just 5 months.
