Introduction

Indonesianboi, a 20-year-old, 5'9'' tall with starting weight of 180lbs, started his transformation journey from being a lazy gamer to a fit and strong person by first focusing on weight loss.

Weight Loss Phase

In the first two progress pictures, indonesianboi lessened his weight by doing a lot of running to drop weight. He lifted weights occasionally but never followed a set routine. By the 3rd picture, he was still not happy with his body and started lifting seriously. He then followed a PPL and 4-day on 1-day off program to bulk hard.

Bulking Phase

In the 4th picture, he had reached his peak bulk and felt chubby in the cheeks and bloated. By the 5th and 6th pictures, his current physique, he is still following the same regime but with increased cardio, doing 5 times a week while bulking. Altogether, he underwent a first bulk/cut cycle to gain 10 lbs in a year.

Stats and Achievements

Before his bulking and cutting cycle, indonesianboi had no squat or deadlift, lifting only 135 x 1 bench. But after a year, his squat and deadlift increased to 275 x 1 and 315 x 1, respectively, while his bench pressed 225 x 3. He felt bigger, faster, and stronger with no abs yet to be seen, but still working on them.

Conclusion

Indonesianboi's transformation journey proves that with dedication and hard work, anyone can achieve their fitness goals. Everyone's starting point may differ, but by following a set routine and including cardio in their regime, results can be achieved sooner than expected. It is important for individuals to find a program that works for them and stick to it, long-term. Start slow, stay consistent, and the results will come.
