Brendan, a 17-year-old male, documented his weight loss process from 260 lbs to 190 lbs over a 1.5 years time period through a Reddit post. A majority of his weight loss came from the reduction of calories, around 1900kcal daily, doubling his protein intake, and cutting out soda.
