From 140lbs to 195lbs Bulk

OooPieceofCandy started his fitness journey weighing just 140lbs. After two years of weightlifting and healthy diet, he bulked up to 195lbs. His initial workout routine included exercises such as: Barbell Squats (5x10) and Deadlifts (if preferred), and an average of 5500-6000 calories per day.

Down to 186lbs Showprep Start

After bulking up, OooPieceofCandy prepared himself for his first body-building competition by reducing his weight. He is now weighing 186lbs and is working on a completely different diet plan prescribed for him by his competition coach. OooPieceofCandy's is following a modified version of his initial workout routine, adapted toward his competition preparation.

The Diet Routine

OooPieceofCandy's diet routine included around 3200-3500 calories per day, mostly consisting of carbohydrates. During his bodybuilding competitions, his diet plan becomes much more particular, and is put together for him by his coach. Following his journey, we can see how a good balanced diet and the correct use of macronutrients can be of importance to accomplish a desired physique.
