DontBeShellfish began his weight loss journey at 165lbs, but struggled with the on-and-off process of losing weight. He had attempted to achieve his goal weight of 145lbs before, but never stayed consistent with his diet and training.

18 Months of Dedication

It took DontBeShellfish roughly 18 months to achieve his goal weight of 140lbs. During this time, he made a conscious decision to dedicate himself to his fitness journey. He followed a four-day split training program, which included chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders/traps, and legs/cardio. He also started doing abs every day.

Counting Calories

DontBeShellfish managed his diet by keeping himself to around 1800 calories a day. This diet plan allowed him to lose 25lbs and hit his target weight. He credits his success in meeting his goal to his dedication to his diet and training.
