Introduction

Reddit user, STRNqa, shares his inspiring weight loss journey, losing an incredible 36kg through hard work and dedication. The post, which received 337 upvotes and numerous heartfelt comments, has provided hope for others wanting to take the same journey.

Exercise Routine

STRNqa trained six times per week, splitting his time between cardio, calisthenics (such as pull-ups, dips and push-ups), and football. STRNqa also ran 2 hours per day at times, which aided his weight-loss journey, but proved to be physically taxing. However, through his dedication, he kept pushing himself to achieve his goals.

Diet Plan

STRNqa's strict diet plan consisted of eggs, milk, muesli, chicken, fish, beef, fruits, and vegetables. A regular daily meal plan, for example, included muesli with milk and honey, eggs fried on coconut oil with vegetables, chicken with rice and salad after exercise, and 2 bananas with milk in the evening. Drinking 3-4 litres of water throughout the day, and snacking on fruits, helped him maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Hard Work and Dedication Pay Off

STRNqa's perseverance paid off, and his weight-loss journey has not only improved his health but his appearance. Throughout the comments, users described him as a "fox" and congratulate him on his health and hotness. STRNqa's story serves as a reminder that nothing is impossible if you have the determination to do it.

Final Thoughts

STRNqa's journey can encourage others to try out different diets and exercises, to find the ones that work best for them. However, it's important that health remains the top priority rather than weight-loss. Everyone's body is different, and what works for some may not work for others. Nevertheless, hard work and dedication, like STRNqa showed us, helps us achieve our goals.
