Introduction

GuiltyThrone, a 22-year-old male with a height of 5’8”, was able to shed off 66lbs within a year. His weight loss journey is an inspiration to many as it showcases how consistent diet and exercise can produce significant progress.

Diet and Workout Routine

GuiltyThrone counts his macros, significant macronutrients and fiber. Starting July, he consumed 130g protein, 200g carbs, 30g fiber and 1900 calories. He was consistent with his plan of going to the gym five days a week for two hours a day, following a push-pull-legs split with high reps at a challenging weight. He rarely did cardio and only warming up with a half-mile run and occasional jump rope. What sure had an impact was that he did more abs workouts, which he previously thought didn't matter.

Lessons Learned

GuiltyThrone's journey shows that consistency is key. Even if you don’t have access to expensive gym equipment, simple bodyweight exercises can do wonders. He learned that exercise without monitoring diet does not lead to significant loss. Following a structured routine and controlling consumption through a food scale aids in keeping track of the progress. Last but not least is to believe in yourself and to never give up.

Conclusion

GuiltyThrone's weight loss journey shows that it is possible to change your body and to achieve the results you want by staying consistent with diet and exercise. No shortcuts, no miracle products. Everyone's journey is different, and it's important to find a routine that works for you. As GuiltyThrone encourages, "If I can, so can you!"
