Introduction

In just three months, BrendanGaming shed 27 pounds through his dedication towards weight loss. He accomplished this through proper diet and exercise. Read below to find out how he did it.

Workout Routine

BrendanGaming follows a five-day workout routine consisting of chest and shoulders on Monday and Thursday, biceps and triceps on Tuesday and Friday, and legs on Wednesday. In addition, he devotes 15 minutes of his workout routine to doing ab workouts consisting of crunches, planks, and leg lifts.

Dietary Habits

BrendanGaming attributes a significant portion of his weight loss to how he tracked his calories using the MyFitnessPal app. He set himself a 2,200 calorie limit and tracked everything he ate every day. Through this method, he maintained a caloric deficit necessary for weight loss.

Results

In addition to losing 27 pounds, BrendanGaming also traded a lot of fat for muscle in the process. His hard work and dedication now show through his physique. He is motivated to continue his fitness journey to achieve more results.

Conclusion

Losing weight requires dedication and hard work that isn't easy to maintain. Nevertheless, BrendanGaming's results and his attitude towards achieving his goals can motivate others to start using the right balance of diet and exercise. While BrendanGaming's routine is just an example, everyone is different and what works for one person might not be as effective for another. Therefore, it's best to experiment and try things out for oneself.
