Eating healthily is not just about the calories, it's about the nutrients you're giving your body. u/6enia goes from 150lbs to 138lbs and loses her muffin top with her exercise plan, but the diet plan played a critical role. u/6enia switched from two larger meals to 5-6 smaller meals a day. Eating this way helped her to curb her appetite and make consistently healthy choices.

Reaching these weight loss goals doesn't happen overnight, and u/6enia stresses that it took 14 months to get there. Her exercise regime revolves around doing 20 minutes of cardio and then moving onto abs, finally finishing up with weightlifting. She highlights how in the beginning, only 20 minutes of cardio was unbearable. Gradually she built her stamina and was able to do 30 minutes, then an hour, and that was when she began to see more extreme results.

u/6enia had constant support, encouragement, and knowledge from her gym trainers, and she also made sure to supplement them with YouTube videos if she couldn't make it to the gym. Consistency and self-discipline are key factors in achieving personal fitness. By setting small goals, constantly improving, and tracking progress, you can reach your goals bit by bit.

u/6enia also did hyperextensions and dead lifts to work out her back muscles. Though some may shy away from these exercises, they are significant to improve body posture and to maintain a healthy balance between muscles. Even though 'self-consciousness' made her wary in the beginning, by practicing, she discovered that no one paid attention anyway, and now she enjoys the advantages of weight lifting.

In conclusion, u/6enia's story is uplifting and inspiring. She stayed true to her goals and set her mind to reach her targets, adapting her exercise plans to her circumstances and gradually building up her fitness over 14 months. By staying consistent with her diet and exercise regime, she achieved substantial long-term results. u/6enia serves as an example that reaching your fitness goals can be done following a tailored exercise and diet plan, discipline, small goals, and self-encouragement.
