Visualizing Success and Making a Plan

DubLuv93's impressive post on Reddit shows just how powerful visualization and planning can be when it comes to weight loss and weight gain. He talks about the importance of being humble and focusing on your goals, and he credits his success so far to the fact that he really visualized what he wanted to look like and then created a plan to achieve it.

Bulking and Cutting

DubLuv93's journey hasn't been easy, of course. He talks about how he tried to eat clean to bulk up at first, but found that he couldn't put on weight as he wanted to. Instead, he resorted to stuffing his face and pairing that with a year-long strength program, which worked wonders for him. To cut down, he tracks his macros and keeps his carbs as high as possible, with no more protein or fat than he needs. His current macros are 70f 225c 215p.

Creating Your Own Workout Routine

DubLuv93's training routine at the moment is a high-volume, bodybuilding regimen that he put together himself. He even shares the routine with his followers to help them get inspired and create their own workouts. One of his tips when it comes to abs is to do mostly weighted exercises, like cable crunches, ab wheel with resistance, knee raises, and leg raises. He tries to increase resistance in a particular rep range, instead of doing a million bodyweight crunches.

The Role of Diet and Supplements

When it comes to diet, DubLuv93 eats whatever fits his daily macronutrient allowance, including ice cream, but mostly he sticks to the typical bodybuilding fare - chicken, sweet potatoes, veggies, ground beef, and rice. He also shares that he takes protein powder, a multivitamin, fish oil, creatine, and preworkout supplements. Though he's not sure creatine really does anything for him, he still takes it.

Visualizing Success and Making a Plan

DubLuv93's journey is sure to inspire anyone who's trying to make a change in their own body. Whether you're trying to lose weight, bulk up, or just improve your overall fitness, the principles behind his success - visualizing your success, planning your attack, working as hard as you can, and staying humble throughout - can be applied to anyone's journey. So if you're looking for some inspiration, check out DubLuv93's progress on Reddit - and then go out there and make your own success story!
