F/44/5'8" [480lbs > 190lbs = 290lbs] (4 years) My mother (and also the sister of Penny from my 600lb life) is just amazing. She lost 180lbs on her own doing the Atkins diet. When she plateaued she got the sleeve gastrectomy to help with more weight loss. She has also had 2 skin removal surgeries.
