Karsonyo proves that slow and steady wins the race in her journey to a healthy weight. The F/21/5'6" user had been weighing around 165-170lbs before deciding to make a permanent shift. Her goal was to reach 140lbs and although Karsonyo has achieved remarkable success, she still has 15lbs left to lose to meet her goal weight. Her weight loss journey is highly inspiring for those who want to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.

Karsonyo's progress was gradual but steady. She started by walking her dog and cutting bread and sugary products from her diet. Her other diet choices included granola mixed in Greek yogurt with a bit of fruit and vegan banana pancakes. Admittedly, Karsonyo indulges in her guilty pleasures, but she follows a regular workout routine which helps make up for them. She substitutes peanut butter with other products because she's allergic to peanuts.

Besides walking her dog, Karsonyo hula hoops to get her core workout. Hula hooping is a challenging and easy exercise, perfect for days when hitting the gym is not possible. With determination and patience, Karsonyo is approaching her ideal weight, even though at times her weight plateaued around 165-170 lbs. She advises others to change their diet plan or add a new exercise routine to get over the pause.

Pressures and temptations are inevitable hurdles on the path to weight loss. Working at a donut shop made it difficult for Karsonyo to resist temptation, but she stayed firm. Chibispirit, whose story is similar to Karsonyo's, worked in McDonald's, where everything is 50% off, which made it all the more difficult to eat healthy. Karsonyo suggests bringing your own healthy snacks to work, avoiding processed junkfood and substituting unhealthy options with vegetables.

Karsonyo's weight loss routine is inspiring, but each body is different. What worked for her may not necessarily work for everyone. Regular cardiovascular exercises and strength training are necessary for anyone looking to embark on a weight loss journey. However, a particular diet or workout routine should be selected based on one's metabolism, medical history, and lifestyle. It's advisable to consult a physician or a licensed dietician before starting any new exercise or weight loss program.
