Background

Rachaelfaith, a 26-year-old female, spent a few years losing weight, and she finally reached her goal of losing 55 pounds. She documented her journey on social media and shared her experiences with the public.

Struggle and Progress

Rachaelfaith lost considerable chunks of weight and maintained between 175 to around 155 pounds and then 155 to 140 pounds. She encountered difficulties losing the weight between 140 and 135 pounds and had an even more challenging time getting down from 135 to 125 pounds.

Diet and Exercise Plan

Rachaelfaith initially focused on watching her caloric intake and walking more. As she progressed, she added intense workouts and the P90 video series. Lifting weights and a low-carb diet were her strategies to transition from the 140s to the 130s. A paleo-style diet, counting calories, and strength training and yoga four to five times a week contributed to the final push.

Overall Improvement

Apart from losing 55 pounds, rachaelfaith overcame anxiety, agoraphobia, and social anxiety to become a more confident, employed, and motivated person. Her blood pressure, heart rate, and health are under control, and these physical improvements help control her anxiety.

Final Thoughts and Inspiring Words

Rachaelfaith did not let negative thoughts and feelings derail her weight loss journey. She kept going, taking care of her nutrition and exercise while also addressing her anxiety. Her journey serves as an inspiration for anyone who wants to make changes in their lives. By starting small and setting realistic goals, anyone can achieve the same success as rachaelfaith.
